It won’t let me use it it says it contains a virus or it’s unavailable on windows or unwanted software. It was probably the wrong website and I hope it wasn’t I recommend using download on email by sending yourself an email.

I rarely ever write reviews for apps but I was in a very specific predicament and I needed a way to remote control YouTube from my phone… found this app and it worked like a charm. Easy to install and get running. Whoever made this app is extremely goated.

Been using remote mouse for mordan 15 years and still still using it I tried a different brand and still using I'll recommend it to my Facebook friends I sure they'll get i5......

App constantly begs for unnecessary permissions (like tracking me across other apps), and locks main advertised features behind a paywall.

Very unnecessary subscription just buying into those money grabbing app trends

This app is so good, I wanted to watch TV from my bed but I couldn’t since I didn’t have a mouse and this app made it so I couldn't since

Used for about a year with no issues and now it doesn’t work at all. A shame because I liked it.

The program has become useless. It doesn’t even connect to your pc anymore, just keeps saying failed connection.

This worked for a few weeks then stopped and won’t connect any longer. All it says is that I have to be a “Pro” member to connect. Dropping.

The pointer accuracy is very poor.

Like the app and they offer a lifetime pro for single fee but…they don’t tell you the fee. Might uninstall before seven days are up because I don’t like not knowing what I’m going to be charged. Sketchy

Used to work great for a while but now refuses to connect to my laptop. Only thing it’s doing is prompting me to upgrade and spend money.

Pretty good but mouse acceleration doesn't actually turn off when toggled in advanced settings, and the acceleration curve is unreasonably steep. Actually makes the app pretty hard to use

Quick and easy install and a tool I use everyday day.

It has come through every single time.

Refuses to see my computer even though they are on the same network and all the required permissions have been given. Entered the IP manually and it still can’t find my computer. Supposed to have a QR code option, but doesn’t. Absolute junk, the makers of this app should be utterly ashamed of themselves.

There is no option to “Show QR code” on iPhone, and connecting via IP never works. So essentially, this didn’t work at all.

Works as advertised, never had a connection issue.

They logged me out of my Google account and tried to change my password.

I’ve had this app for several years now and I love it! Price is way affordable, works great between my iPhone and MacBook Pro (don’t have a watch or tablet so can’t comment there), lots of features with the pro subscription….overall great remote app!

Spent an hour trying to figure out how to connect the computer to the app.I was following the instructions and I searched everywhere.On the instructions,it said that your mobile device and computer is supposed to be on the same Wi-Fi.After that,you were “ready to go.” I tried everything but nothing worked.Until I found out a way to make it work,but it did not follow the instructions.

App off of the website doesn’t run. Gave permission through firewall still didn’t work. Deleted and redownloaded 3 times. The cherry on top is when you go to open the app on the phone the only option to connect is via QR code and ip address. WHY NOT HAVE A CONNECT VIA WIFI OPTION?! You can’t scan the QR code because the desktop app doesn’t even open. Can’t connect via WiFi because the app doesn’t recognize another device on the network. The only option left is by IP address. It’s so shady that I’m going to say pass on this app.

I used this app back in the day in my previous laptop. Downloading the program on my laptop ended up giving it a virus and taking part in my laptop’s demise. Although if you don’t care about computer viruses, the program still works!

I wanted this to work but the mouse cursor moved so slow it was 30 seconds behind what I was doing. You know how difficult that is to use that way? Absolutely a waste of a download

Not working anymore can’t connect. Maybe you can update the app?

Man this app is amazing…..when it connects. I spent the buck or two for pro and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. Keyboard & mouse👍 however, I gotta ask…what is the point of having to uninstall & reinstall the app on both devices every time I close my laptop. I mean I have Bluetooth connected on both devices, I tried directly connecting thru the IP. It’s just “ Connection Failed Connection Failed Connection Failed Connection Failed Connection Failed Connection Failed Connection Failed Connection Failed”. If ur cool with keeping ur laptop on, never turning it off. Then you are good. It sounds so petty but jeez. It’s so fricken annoying. And by the look of it I am NOT the only one dealing with this. Just for once why can’t something work…consistently. I’m on PC btw for anyone reading this

This would be the perfect app if the backspace button worked.

Tried it via network and Bluetooth and it just would not connect on network mode, it did connect via Bluetooth but nothing would happen afterwards, also to note when I tried to uninstall the windows program I had to use revo uninstaller to get the program to actually uninstall

I subscribed For remoteMouse pro and I tried to copy and paste and a lot of stuff, but it didn’t work I need this kind of app so please fix it.

Thanks a bunch for the virus!! I can’t even uninstall this bogus app from my laptop. Ugh

This app won’t work if you don’t have Windows 11 Professional — you also need to have REMOTE DESKTOP ASSISTANT installed from Microsoft or it will have very much trouble connecting and staying connected to your PC. Please let your users know this.

I am going to use it mainly as a presentation remote, and hence the gyro mouse is essential. It seems that the feature works only in the WiFi connection (but not in the Bluetooth connection). On my business trip, usually I don't have WiFi available. Is it difficult to implement it in Bluetooth connection? It would be nice if the gyro mouse button bugger so that I can easily reach it during my presentation.

Hasn’t worked for me in months. They put features like Bluetooth behind a paywall after they used to be free. Devs seem to be obsessed with getting money from you to the point that the app is annoying to use. No, I’m not going to let you track what I’m doing. Stop asking every time I connect to my PC. If you’re like me, you’ll download this app as a band-aid fix for some issue you are having. I just needed a simple way to control my computer from the couch. You’ll accept the limitations of not paying for a ridiculous subscription and you’ll use the app more and more. Over time, it will get worse and worse until all it does is make you angry when you open it, but there’s no other good option, right? I’m here to tell you that you might as well just use TeamViewer. Maybe it’s a bit slower to start up, but it’s what I’m using to avoid this utterly obnoxious app. Or just get a wireless mouse.

PLEASE give me the option to disable sound on clicks. It’s really annoying and stops my Spotify in the background every time.

Spotify automatically muted when opening remote mouse. Frustrating. Gyro mouse and physical hw buttons for volume has to be re toggled every time you open the app or they don’t work. iPhone 15 pro max. Latest iOS version. Almost great. Not worth paying for yet.

Its a great app until you have to pay for the idea that the bluetooth feature is being considered an “advanced method of communication between devices”. We all know this full of crap. Imagine your only way to connect to your computer was bluetooth because you have a gaming PC that didnt come with a Wifi card you can only connect to the internet via Ethernet. This makes it unavailable to connect to the PC via Wifi since i dont have a wireless card on my desktop. Bluetooth is really not advanced method of connectivity and they really should stop trying to push people to pay for one of the most basic features
