Scam?

I used free version and liked. Soon after clicked on offer to go pro. Paid Apple, was more than the link to go pro for 1.99. Didnt get what they claim. I still see adds appear and the keyboard features dont work. I thought Apple vetts is apps. I feel cheated. Worst of all I dont know who to speak to about not receiving what I paid for??
